YSHP was initiated by Nova Eliza, an Indonesian actress born in Banda Aceh. She has produced many works of art including acting in soap operas, feature films, advertisements and many others.
YSHP is managed by a solid team and has proven expertise and experience in their respective fields. YHSP's human resources are a major strength.

Diana has experienced in partnerships with various parties both nationally and internationally. Experienced more than 10 years in social activities or NGOs. She also worked at a United Nations Agency (UNICEF) which focused on Child Protection programs during the 2004 Aceh tsunami. She also has experienced in the field of education for more than 8 years as a lecturer at a private university in Aceh. In addition, she has served as cooperation manager at a company engaged in the field of education representing the United States for Indonesia.
NOVA ELIZA

Nova Eliza is an actress born in Aceh who has starred in TV series, films and TV hosts since she was 13 years old. The films Kartini, Yuni and Kafir are 3 films that have been played. In the film Aach I fell in love and a television film entitled Sawah Leluhur, Nova won the award for best actress. In 2015 she founded the Suara Hati Perempuan Foundation as a form of empathy for women's issues that occur in society while at the same time providing a space for expression for marginalized women.In order to deepen and add to her knowledge, Nova also participated in the UN's 62nd Session on the Commission on the Status of Women with UNA USA San Diego Delegates at the United Nations Headquarters New York in 2018. Suara Hati Lelaki, Social Market Community and Women's Art & Speech are 3 of the many programs that have been realized.
TEUKU YASSER
FOUNDATION SUPERVISOR
Teuku. Yasser is one of the undergraduate alumni from Pancasila University, majoring in Psychology. Actively involved in various organizations on campus, he graduated with a Cum Laude score for a Masters degree in Educational Administration Management at the Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh. He was become one of Paskibraka (Legacy Flag Raising Troops) at the Aceh provincial level in 2010. Experienced working in government agencies as a cooperative assistant at the Office of Cooperatives, Enterprises, Small and Medium and Trade in Banda Aceh City. With this experience, Teuku Yasser can contribute more to the Foundation in running the program.

Very active in various social activities such as helping the elderly and orphans in meeting their daily needs. Have experience in financial affairs and reporting.

This alumni of the Jakarta Art Institute (IKJ) majoring in television is very active and flexible in working with a team, energetic, and experienced in administration and reporting.

Fahmy has joined the Suara Hati Wanita Foundation since 5 years ago. Very active and communicative in establishing relationships with partners. He has high dedication in working as a team.
